"Christmas time is near. It's also the day when I turn a year older & friends start texting me birthday and happy holiday greetings with the "ang tanda mo na!" line included."
At first, I wasn't planning on making a wishlist. Maybe because I didn't really have any material object in mind. I got the electric oven I always wanted.. & the ice cream maker that doesn't seem to freeze any ice cream...
But then again, I still want a few things in life that hopefully my friends or relatives could give me. Nothing's wrong with wishing.. Wishes do come true right?
1. A planner. (No starbucks planner please!)
I don't have anything against their planner. If I could get it for free just by buying coffee for the staff, agency & client.. Then hurrah! But my ideal planner is either:
a moleskine peanuts diary (time to ambag ambag my friends!)
or a planner similar to this one. It's a very pa-cute planner which has lots of doodles.
Very me. Haha!
2. Valrhona cocoa powder
I would like to try making brownies with it! A lot of pastry chefs recommend this because of the strong chocolatey kick it add to recipes. Available at Sweet Craft along Boni Ave. Only P360.00 for 250g or P630.00 for 500g. Hihihi!
3. A Tovolo mixing spoon
Right now, I am obsessed with cooking stuff.
4. A Set of Staedtler Triplus Fineliner pens.
These are my partners in crime when I am bored and have nothing else to do but doodle.
*There's also nothing wrong with a large bag of Gold Medal Flour, White sugar, a dozen eggs & a week's supply of butter! Hahaha!
I am starting my small baking business by the way!
After 4 brownie baking attempts, I finally found the perfect brownie recipe. So far, people have tasted it and will order for Christmas! Yay for the blessings! :) I will post pictures as soon as I've finished baking another batch and taking sample food shots for all you people to see.
So far I couldnt think of anything else that I'd like. I guess somehow, I am contented with all the things I have. Besides, being around the people I love is enough to make me feel that I am truly blessed. Cheesy but true.
Have a happy December everyone! :)
